My internet service was down due to tall trees preventing the dish hitting the satellite. Ultrafast owner, Rob Smith expedited service to relocate and I am up and running again which is great because my business relies on leads coming in over the internet. They sent a serviceman to tell me where to erect a post and converted my dish to the new location and upgraded me to a faster satellite. Thanks to Owner, Rob Smith and service scheduler, Jaimie and serviceman Brian for a great job. The installers restored my faith in the Company along with an excellent product. The salesman, Peter Hornung and installation manager were ignorant difficult to deal with. The salesman sold me windows and patio doors with the promise of replacing all framing to the studs. When the patio door required minor frame replacement extra costs came up. I was overcharged from quote to service agreement and the salesman was very cold and an poor ambassador for his employer.
