The project was the removal of a linolium kitchen flooring where asbestos was contained within the mastic. Garry and his team did an outstanding job in the removal and disposal of this hazordous material. It was very clear that they took the safety precautions of working with such materials very seriously. That was the most important component to me for a job like this, and they delievered. He was easy to work with and readily available if there was a need for anything to be discussed. I will be using Fresh Air Abatement in the future if I have any other abatement needs.

(a long overdue review) Antonio went far beyond my expectations for any type of contractor. From an electrical perspective he was very knowledgeable and skilled in his trade. From an personable perspective, he was very thorough and accommodating to my questions and ensuring I was satisfied with the work as he progressed. Price was very fair and he even through in a few extra's free of charge. I will be hiring Antonio again for any future electrical works and you should too.

I hired Templar to remove asbestos tile from my basement. I was 100% satisfied with the work from Templar. They we're professional, thorough, and all around good to work with. After the job was completed an air quality test was conducted and no payment was requested until it was confirmed a pass. Last but definitely not least was a very fair price for the job. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing this type of service.
