Kevin was hired to paint the original oak trim in my lower level, and refresh the paint in the living and dining rooms, and upstairs halls. In addition to having a great eye for colour (he convinced me to paint my dining room ceiling a bold, dark brown, which i love), Kevin was fast, neat and professional. I will hire him again... once I decide on colours for my bedrooms.

I hired Jimmy and his team to install a backsplash in my kitchen. The work was fast and looks great - even around the curvy molding! They house was pretty clean once they left, as they tarped the hallways, floor and countertop. My only concern was that my kitchen sink (which seemed to be used as a bit of a work sink) wasn't fully cleaned. This was nothing a bit of Comet and elbow grease didn't cure, though. I would recommend them.

I hired Astron to upgrade my electrical system and get rid of any knob and tube. During the inspection, Ted told me that most of my outlets were not grounded (scary!) and my outdoor outlets were not to code (also scary!). He was very thorough and gave me a reasonable quote on the spot. Peter, Paul (and a third fellow) were wonderful - fast, clean, efficient, friendly. They explained what was happening and what they found (nothing major) and had a plaster person on-site to fix holes immediately. Overall, I was thrilled with the work and would recommend them.

I hired Aya Kitchens to work with me on a remodel of my kitchen. Jennifer Freiberg was my designer and came up with a fantastic plan that moved my services around and used every possible space. She suggested clever ideas, like angled cabinets to facilitate more storage whilst leaving natural traffic areas open, added a large island and even found a way to organize my cookbooks. It's amazing how much space we have now, and how functional and beautiful our kitchen is. The installer was fast, tidy, friendly and professional. There was one hiccup: two cabinets had to be reordered and an incorrect measurement required some last-minute design changes. Over all, I was very pleased with the service I received from Jennifer and Aya and have recommended them to three friends - two of whom have used them over the past year to remodel their kitchens. My kitchen is a hit and no one can believe it's the same room.

Angelo and the team were great to work with. Professional, on-time and under budget, they removed my old 8' retaining wall and replaced it with a new one. It was a big job, and they did it very well. I will use them again!
