Wow. We are so impressed! Rebecca does an amazing job. It's an absolute delight. With us working from home regularly now, occasionally we are "in her way" (our words, not hers). She is very personable, works around whatever we've got going on (including the occasional renovation messes...) and continues to knock it out of the park. And she does such an amazing job with mirrors, they are shinier and more reflective than when they were brand new! Thank you MaidPro, and especially thank you Rebecca!!

We had Brenda and Brenda out this week to clean, and it was a fantastic job! Beds made, living rooms staged like a show home. Very nice. We love coming home to a clean house, thanks ladies! :)

We have MaidPro come in on a bi-weekly basis, and it's always fantastic to come home to a clean house. Nicole did our last clean, and did a wonderful job. We've been using them for nearly 5 years, and we're very satisfied.

We have paid for their services for two years in the past. We were unhappy the first year, and opted to cancel. They came out anyway the following year, telling us that it continues automatically. We were unhappy with the service, but were given a better deal and offered free services (aeration). The aeration was never done, and two times they came and fertilized or put down weed control when there was a very high chance to rain, despite telling us not to water for 48 hours. (The second time, it started raining as the truck drove away.) We told them in the fall that we did not want to continue with their services. Come 2016, and like before, they just showed up and sent us a bill afterwards. ($65, for 5 minutes of fertilizing.) Then a few weeks later they sent an email announcing another visit. I immediately sent them a note that we did not want the service, cancel any visit. Someone called and said they would cancel the visit and the service. (The tech did show up, but we were not billed for it. They did break the gate latch on the way out though.) Then last week someone called to tell me they were coming again. I AGAIN reiterated that we did not want any services, we had cancelled, do not send anyone, and stop all services. They assured me that they would, and a note would be put on the file about it. Surprise surprise, yesterday when we got home someone had been out again, and left another bill. If you want to come and do the lawn for free, wonderful. I'm not paying for services that I did not ask for, and specifically requested that you NOT do though. It is infuriating. The only positive I will give them is we did see improvement on the lawn last year. However I found the prices to be outrageous, for the amount of fertilizer that is actually put down. And it seems impossible to cancel services once you sign up.

Roof (shingles), siding, and replace a few exterior pieces. The shingles were done very quickly, cleanly, and very well done. The siding was the same. We also had them take care of painting wooden trim on the house (once we got some drier weather). The painter was fantastic, very efficient, did a very good job. For that work, I'd recommend them in a heartbeat. There were two screens that were damaged in the hail, and they simply repaired the damaged screen material, and turned the screens around to hide the damage from the outside. Not excited about that. And there were two exterior lights that were due to be replaced, and as the original style was no longer available, we were just going to have them paid out. We are still waiting resolution on that. So, for siding and roofing, great work. For the other (smaller stuff)... Not as happy. If you broke those out they'd get a 10-star for the roof and siding, 10-star for the painting, and a 3-star for the window and lights. 8 overall. Update: After seeing my review, Dave immediately contacted me to discuss my concerns. The situation with the lights has been resolved, and the misunderstanding around them sorted out. 9-stars overall, and I would definitely use Big Top again.
