Called Maytag for repair of washer and they sent this company. I've used Home Repair before and would never have called them had I known. Customer service rep said they would come fix the washer. Provided serial number and model as well as error code and the issue. Specifically pointed out that the issue was with the locking mechanism. Told to be home 8 to 4. At 10am told between 1 and 4pm. Showed up at 3:55pm to diagnose that we needed a new lock, that he didn't have any with him and the company would call to provide a quote and schedule another appointment. This place is has the worst reputation. Who doesn't carry some parts when they know the issue? Quick way to earn $100 from someone for doing nothin is my observation. Do not use.
