Nanette was great; gave us confidence re making our own choices. Provided colour consultation, assisted with decision for carpet and window covering, referrals to custom furniture manufacturers and contractor for ceiling replacement and electrical/pot light installation. Nanette helped with furniture placement and re-hanging of art. She is freindly, helpful and very professional.

Out of 3 quotes we picked Pierro's company, and we were glad we did. Pierro and his guys were always easy to talk to, work with and didn't mind too much if we had to move few studs due to my bad math. The job came in on budget and they even did few things we didn't ask for, but it made the whole project even better. The job took about twice as long as Deborah thought it should, but hey, it is a reno! The final product is good looking basement that our friends envy and only we see the few small imperfections in finishing. Pierro is a star! David in Don Mills

Great beginning experience, however following completion water leakage occured. After substaintial probing the company then did appropriate repairs - timely, clean, accurate but no personal follow-up to confirm project was acceptable and client was satisfied.
