It was a pleasure working with Yuri and Alex from Alma Windows and Doors to design and install our new front door. As you can see from the pictures - our door is a work of art! The installation technicians also did an excellent job and were very attentive to details. This door was a custom sized 42" wide door with a custom 28" wide wrought iron/glass insert - we got 6 quotes on this sort of door and Alma beat all other quotes by over $600. Most of the other door companies didn't even produce 28" inserts. The customer service after installation was excellent as well - both Yuri and Alex were very responsive to help resolve a few minor issues we had to our full satisfaction. I highly recommend Alma Windows and Doors and we will definitely use this company again in the future when it is time to replace old windows in our house.

Laura, Jamie and the entire crew from Metro Contract Management did an excellent job on the remediation of asbestos that was discovered during our renovations. We discovered asbestos mid-renovations when a second set of tests for the popcorn ceiling came back positive (first test was negative, hence we proceeded) along with asbestos in the linoleum floor. Fortunately, this was discovered very early in the process with minimal exposure. Jamie came by our house to investigate within two hours on a Saturday afternoon. He offered to have the crew start work 2 days later on Monday. Jamie was incredibly knowledgeable about all the rules and regulations in Ontario relating to asbestos and walked us through the process. Metro was very understanding with their pricing and worked with us to give us the fairest price possible. They even took care of several demolition activities like removing kitchen cabinets etc at minimal charge. When we weren't satisfied with the application of bridging mastic on ceilings - Laura reached out in person and had a crew rectify the issue to our satisfaction. Working with Metro minimized the stress of discovering asbestos in our house. I highly recommend Metro for any asbestos-abatement related work. These guys are professionals and do everything by the book with incredible customer service. Thanks Metro!!!

Andrew and the Top Notch team did an outstanding job on our 2-level 350 sq ft deck. We are very impressed with their attention to detail, work ethic and professionalism. Andrew was very easy to communicate with throughout the project and always responded within a day via email/txt to any questions or concerns. He provided detailed answers to all our questions (we had lots!) and made several suggestions to the original design that made our deck more functional. The final quote was competitively priced and within our budget. The Top Notch team completed the entire deck in under a week! They showed up on-time every morning and left the site clean and tidy at the end of the workday. The deck passed all the required building-permit inspections and the inspector even mentioned that their quality of workmanship was excellent!
