For an appliance repair company it does not get any better than this. Their service was fast and professional. When we made the inquiry to have our washing machine repaired they answered all of our questions, quoted a firm price, and advised the part would arrive on Monday and said they would call us to establish a service call time for Tuesday. All of this happened exactly as promised. Jakob arrived on time and was very efficient in making the repair. What I liked most about him is that he was respectful of our home and very knowledgeable and wasted no time in making the repair getting our washing machine up and running. He is the owner and technician and employs his son to run the inside operation. This is a two man operation so you get reassurance of professional quality work every time. Having spent a good portion of my sales career calling on body shops I must say I am most impressed with Boyd Autobody & Glass in West Kelowna. I recently stopped by without an appointment to get an estimate on having one of my door side mouldings on my truck reinstalled. They asked me if I had twenty minutes and when I said yes the immediately took my truck in and did the repair on the spot. Their service was exceptional and they went above and beyond to gain me as a new customer. Just last week I stopped in and saw Don with regards to having a replacement tail gate for my truck re painted. Again he was very accommodating allowing me the opportunity to keep my costs down by removing all the hardware and emblems from the tail gate before paint. Again the service was exceptional and the front end staff were very pleasant and courteous. Also I was pleased that after getting several other quotes as to how competitive Boyd Auto body was. There is a very distinct atmosphere at this body shop with regards to customer importance and satisfaction. I would recommend this body shop to others in a heart beat and plan to take all my work there in the future. These guys are great!!!

WE explained to him that we were going to be purchasing carpet for our master bedroom and large walk in closet and were price shopping. We mentioned that quality, and distributor, and manufacturer support was very important to us as we recently had a very dissatisfying experience with a competitor down the road. We needed reassurance that he would stand behind the products he sells along with the manufacturer. Shaun is honest and sincere asking for time to make some phone calls firming up availability, competitive pricing, and installation meeting our time constraints. Yes he went out of his way to earn our business and give us assurance that what he sells he stands behind. After the carpet was installed and a minimal amount of time had lapsed he followed up with a phone call to confirm that we were one hundred percent satisfied. The carpet needed a re kick and he had the installer back within 48 hours. His installers were punctual, courteous, and professional. The staff at Kelowna Carpet Superstore were very helpful and knowledgeable to the point that we purchased an area rug from them as well. We would most definitely recommend Shaun and his team of professionals to others in a heart beat.

After three months our carpet started showing significant signs of wear and fiber unravelling. Over the course of three months we had numerous email and phone correspondence with the manager who at that time we believe to be the owners son. This was a RED flag but felt there was a chance for some sort of mutual resolution as we were repeat customers. NO SUCH LUCK!!! He made it very clear that he would not personally come to our home and see first hand what the issues were. This was our second purchase from them totaling approximately 2000 square feet and we still had two large rooms left to do. We were astounded with his approach to our dissatisfaction. It was blatantly obvious that customer service and satisfaction is not a priority at End Of The Roll. We will NEVER do business at any End Of The Roll or affiliate stores and could NEVER recommend them to others. We have since purchased carpet from a competitor just down the road on Banks and found the owner and his staff to be very helpful and caring. We experienced a real sense of customer satisfaction.
