Our deck is above two bedrooms and is very large. When we purchased the house, the previous owners maintained the deck poorly and it had no waterproofing except deck paint. We got three quotes for the deck and Navco's was the best. However, our decision to go with Navco wasn't based on the cost alone -- we were confident that Edgar would do a good job. And his team did. It was a complicated project where we they had to add an additional drain because of the size of the deck and it all went well. We are satisfied with the work and are happy that our deck is sound and solid. Before the deck, Navco also did our gutters. It was a great job, done professionally and Edgar accommodated some color changes in the middle of the job with no additional cost. We were very happy with the flexibility and understanding. All the staff is very nice and friendly and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend Navco for a trustworthy job.

David inspected the townhouse we were purchasing for our parents. He explained everything to us and identified the one major issue regarding a leak in the washroom tiles. He did a balanced assessment of the situation that led us to putting a subject in our contract before purchasing. Working with him led us to hiring him for a maintenance inspection on our own house. He spent a lot of time explaining how our house works and also identified an issue that could potentially become much worse over time. The entire move went very smooth. While loading, I forgot an item and they accommodated me by taking it the next day (I met them at a truck stop to give the item). While unloading, there were a lot of stairs in our new home and the team worked cheerfully and with no complaints. All our items were handled without any damage - kids toys, bikes, scooters, electric car were all fine when they arrived. They placed the items wherever we wanted them to be. Very organized. They took all the stress out of something that is usually stressful.

Great experience in replacing our furnace. Competitive price and they fit us in at the earliest to get our heat going as our furnace was burned out when we moved into the house. The quality of the work is solid and overall a smooth experience. The two brothers and their staff are very friendly and I would recommend them to all my friends.
