Our first hot tub was used. Not knowing too much about them I called SpaTech for a service call to inspect the tub. SpaTech was prompt to book an appointment and showed up on time. It turned out our tub did need a repair. Repair cost was reasonable and the tech left me feeling confident in knowing I could call again if I needed help. Our second hot tub was also used. I installed it myself and did the electrical hook-up myself as well. The tub was not operating properly, so I called SpaTech again. The tech troubleshooted it over the phone with me in less than 5 minutes. The hot tub is now perfect! Thanks SpaTech! I owe you one!

Before building our new deck, I needed to address the 'messy mud' under the old deck. I called Burnco, knowing they have the right material for the job. They recommended a type of washed rock. The delivery fee is a bit expensive, but it beats multiple trips with my truck. Thanks Burnco! The finished job looks great!

After years of my wife wanting mulch on her perennial beds, I took the plunge and got her some mulch. I found Bark Mulch Depot through an internet search - good website. So my son and I hopped in the truck, made the short trip outside Calgary, and was greeted with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have a great selection of product and do not gouge consumers with inflated costs. Would definitely go back. *if you're reading this, honey, your flower bed looks great!

Replaced 28 windows in our new 'old' home. We actually purchased the windows through one of JeldWen's retailers. After delivery and installation there were a few minor damages (including me dropping one from 2nd floor) that needed to be addressed. JeldWen came and repaired all the windows and even replaced the one I dropped at no charge. They seem to have an excellent warranty and I know they have great service!

We needed a new toilet. We looked at other box store retailers. We wanted to replace this toilet once, and only once. The service at the box stores was unimpressive, staff not knowing their products. We searched the internet and found The Royal Flush. Within 20 minutes we were buying a new, efficient, easy-to-clean toilet. Very confident sales person, knows his product. What a difference!!! Service is where it's at! Very happy with our TOTO. We will surely go back when we renovate our other bathrooms and need toilets.

Overall experience was good. The new furnaces are great! Robin seemed very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. There were a few late mornings - nothing that a few phone calls didn't fix. A small mess left outside after drilling holes through foundation, but it was snowy out - excused.

Andy was courteous and tardy. Competitive pricing, very professional. No hesitation in recommending. Answered all my questions and seemed to be honest. I believe he does all his own work, making it easier to place your trust.

Where to start? Well, we moved into a home in 2008 where the furnace had been replaced by Knight Plumbing and Heating less than a year earlier. The furnace started to make noises, called a third party repair tech and learned that the initial installation was very poor. I called the inspector regarding the final inspection - and it was never done! The company had pulled a permit, charged the previous owner, and then never filled the permit!! The inspector got involved and had Knight come out promptly to redo a bunch of stuff (including putting the chimney together right!!!). At the same time I had them hook-up a humidifier. Big mistake! The tech ended up shorting out the entire furnace and new humidifier (that I had bought)!!!!! 12 hours later the tech had replaced the furnace control board and yet, another new humidifier. And then slapped me with a $300 bill!!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN, Knight! Furnace install was not to code and not inspected. Had to install new humidifier after burning my old one up. The service was very slow and he was very expensive. Would never recommend him or call him back in the future.

He was very professional and tidy. His small crew was very hard working and he cleaned up after himself. He was true to his word and was there when he said he was going to be there. I would definitely hire him again.
