I was looking to replace my current patio door and window to a large lift-and-slide door to open up my living space to my deck. I contacted many companies and got high rough estimations. Igor from Eurostar was the only person to come to my home to see the actual scope of work, explain the difference between different models and options. No pressure sale and up selling which made me very comfortable.I decided to get a Canadian manufacturered lift and slide. Igor kept me in the loop throughout the process and communicated well through texts. Halfway through the process I decided to change my front door and kitchen window as well. Igor ensured me that they will be done as I wish and gave me the option to either get the front door first or do it all at once.Construction/Installation went well. Igor and his partner explained what needed to be done a few weeks prior to install and the process of reinforcing the opening during install. Very pleased with the product, install and service.
