Bob Burnett from Reliance came by and fixed an ongoing issue with our furnace. His knowledge and experience got the issue fixed within mere minutes. Great! He also helped with another issue I didn't even know existed so now we'll have proper heat in our basement.

Tankless Hot Water system repair
I have a Navien hot water system. Parts are sometimes very difficult to find. Dan and Trevor went above and beyond to get us the parts in town (same day) and eventually went directly to the Navien rep himself so we'd not be without hot water for more than 1 week. Priceless. Being a business owner myself I can certainly appreciate the professionalism of both technicians on wanting to do the job right and not inconvenience the customer although lack of parts was in no way their problem - they just solved the problem.
