This is the second time we have chosen Alex to make design for our project in legalizing one basement. Actually this is quite detail-demanding project and we have been back and forth with a lot of questions and request from the city permit examiner such as the fire separation and sound proof...... Alex has shown great patience and his knowledge to get all the questions clarified and design updated. Finally we have got our approved permit from the city. We are quite happy with Cadaxx's design and would like to recommend them to my friends.

We have asked a couple of quotes and finally picked Igor's company to do the job because of his prompt response, very clear communciation and good review even with big amount of projects he did. Igor's team did great job as he promised and They proved my choice is right. Igor is knowleagble with what he is doing and with detailed explaination if he can not do it. Really impressive with his fast response and showing up on time. You know he is alway there and will back to you even after the job has been finished for a long time. We have asked for quote and consultation with a couple of architect design companies to remodel our bungalow from bottom to top. Finally, we chose Cadaxx Design with Alex Axelrod because of his instant response, knowledge and reasonable price. We are also very impressed with the transparent and straight communication of the payment by website online. We have made some back and forth change of the design and even after the 1st pan has been approved by the city. He has shown great patience and accommodated the change under the restriction of small space of the bungalow. Finally, we have our dream plan approved with 4 Bedroom/4 washrooms all with showers:) We are very satisfied with Alex's job and his office staff as well such as Stacie who has assisted us lot on the smooth communications for HVAC plan design and permit process. would like to recommend Cadaxx to my friends.
