Sewage backup on basement. I saw their website with a good detail of their services and with an updated customer reviews. I called the main line, and they answered quickly. After that, the dispatcher called within 10 minutes for the time of arrival. They came after one hour which is unbelievably excellent! After a few minutes, the plumber sent me a text with his face and time of arrival, which is another amazing service. Bing, the plumber, called as soon as he arrived and he was able to fix the problem (while another company was not able to). He then sent me a detailed invoice and also with pictures of the whole area (since this is my rental property and i was not there). Then he scheduled the camera snake the following day to determine the source of the problem. This company only charged me a really good price. They are super organized and professional when talking to them. Try them out.

John, Rob, and Ryan have gone out of their way to ensure that we are satisfied with the work and to do it right to resolve our concerns. They removed and reinstall the fence to remove the giant roots of the cherry tree coming from my side towards the neighbours side. They scheduled us right away and even on a Sunday as we requested. They cut the big cherry near the house without damaging the wall and the shed underneath. They came on time. Clean up was non stop. They even made 4 stool chairs from the trunk of the cherry tree. They even grafted a some branches from the cut down pink flower cherry tree to the surviving white flowering cherry tree. They worked non stop even on several rain. They did not ask for extra payment. Removed a cherry tree, an olive tree and 3 stumps. We ended giving them a lot extra for them going the extra mile.

Dave, the gas technician, was very honest, practical and an expert. He was able to source a part and repaired my old Montigo gas fireplace, when so many other companies recommended to buy a new one. He also cleaned my two fireplace to look like new. He is very pleasant and explains everything patiently. He left our place clean and tidy. If you need a second opinion, call Dave.
