Had an appointment window from 7:00am to 11:00am. At 10:15 I get a call saying tech won’t be there until around 2:00pm! Not even a call earlier telling me! In this day and age you know the night before how many calls you have and the order, so why not give a person a heads up they don’t have to get up at 6:00am for a 7:00 am appointment! Worst customer service! They don’t care if you are put out. Just as long as you pay them their money! Total lack of respect for the customer!

The Technical Expert (Josh) that came to do our water heater inspection was awesome. Josh was efficient, friendly and polite. He explained what he was doing and adjusted our water heater to a setting that is more eco friendly. He also went over protection plans available for our furnace ans air conditioner as well. He was very informative and not at all pushy. If asked if I would recommend Reliance Yanch? Yes I would. Excellent job Josh! Excellent work Josh
