Todd and his team are one of the most professional, knowledgeable and courteous team of individuals we’ve worked with for home renovations. Todd sets expectations with his clients by keeping them informed every step of the way. He’s reliable and does what he says he’s going to do and he takes great care in cleaning up the job site. No wonder his clients need to book well in advance as he’s in great demand! We love our newly painted kitchen cupboards and fireplace mantel and appreciate his attention to detail. Reliance did an awesome job! Starting with Mike who tried to fix the humidifier only to discover the furnace was unsafe, to Tyler who quickly came over to coordinate the purchase and installation of replacement equipment, to Howard and Andrew who completed the installation during a snowstorm and still managed to keep my floors clean!
