We used Viktoria to move from a condo in downtown Toronto to a house in downtown Hamilton in May of 2016, and were exceptionally happy with the level of service and professionalism that they delivered. Communication and quoting were clear and accurate, and their pricing was fair and reasonable. All details about the move (pick-up and drop off locations, access, and timing) were well worked out before the date, and we had a good deal of confidence in them before they even showed up. We did our own packing, and made sure that we were ready to go by the arranged date. On moving day, the crew arrived as scheduled, were very pleasant, and got to work right away. They operated well within the condo building's constraints for elevator use and loading areas, and meticulously protected all furniture and large items (TV, mirrors, lamps). The move out was accomplished quickly and without complication. Despite getting hung up in traffic on the QEW, the crew still arrived in Hamilton well within the scheduled window, and the move-in there went just as smoothly as the move-out in Toronto. They were again very careful to protect floors, walls, and possessions, and were quick and pleasant. Everything arrived with no damage, no hassle, and no surprises when it was time to settle the bill. All in all, an easy move, and an excellent experience with Viktoria Professional Movers. I highly recommend them.
