Awesome service and dedication going beyond standard duct cleaning
Paul was simply awesome. I would highly recommend him and his team. I emailed him because I was having a two year long issue with two rooms upstairs that were not getting air. A damper was closed somewhere but no one could figure out where. Instead of immediately pushing duct cleaning on me, he came in and investigated first. Eventually we did do a full cleaning and also deep clean of my AC unit which went well and the team did a great job, but more importantly Paul did not rest until my air issue was resolved and ultimately he was able to resolve it by finding the damper on the crawl space. Now my system is humming along perfectly and I’m getting air into the two most important rooms of my house. Thanks Paul - see you next year for the annual check in.
