I sent an email with a picture before noon and got a response back within 30 minutes. We exchanged another email (to help them diagnose the work). I got a call within 2 hours and within 4 hours, they had come and fixed the crank. Excellent customer service! Truly impressive. Thanks Sarah and Keith!
