Lou demonstrated excellent customer service from the outset. He listened to our concerns and needs and responded with the up most of care. He was not satisfied until not only the safe capture and release was completed but wanted to ensure the incident was not repeated. He offered excellent support and help and addressed the problem at it's source with a dryer vent which prevented any future occurence.
