Peter showed up early for our Sunday morning appointment and before he even knocked on our door knew what needed to be fixed. He provided a detailed quote about what was needed and what extras we could consider. He did not pressure to upsell us and let us make our own decision as to the final service we wanted. He went into the attic and gave us a full and detailed report on his findings there. He then quickly and professionally fixed all of the issues and when finished explained what he did and why he did it. He even told us about some issues with our shingles that we were not aware of. It is not uncommon in this industry for some companies to use scare tactics to get not only the job but all the prevention as well.
