I had Mike & Colman from Cal-Rid out today to get baby sparrows out of the back of my dryer. They arrived promptly at 8 a.m. and went straight to my dryer moved it back got the little birds out, cleaned the vent then went outside and pulled all the nesting from my venting line from my house in 45 minutes. Just exceptional service, Mike and Coleman were courteous and pleasant and really great guys to deal with. I would highly recommend Cal-Rid Exterminators to anyone.

Zach Baker & Peter G. came out on time, on a SUNDAY and professional completed my furnace replacement in approx. 5 hours. Their work was beyond my expectations. They explained everything upfront, answered all my questions with thorough knowledge and are two of the most polite and cheerful guys I have ever met (who are working on a SUNDAY - did I already say that??). They noticed a few things in my furnace room that needed updating and they just did it. Amazing! I will continue to use them for yearly maintenance and other things like HVAC and Water heater replacement if needed. I recommend them without reservation. I give them a 20 out of 10. Yes. I havent received the invoice yet but will be charged for travel time and 1/2 hour work. I had a leak from my fridge and assumed it would be the water line. But when STEVE from Byrons came out (and he arrived within 1/2 hr of me calling on the issue) not only did he help pull out my fridge but my stove as well as thats is where the water had gone.. He was professional and answered all my questions. The issue was solved quickly (I need a new fridge) but I would most certainly use them again on plumbing or furnace repair / replacement.

Since having Advanpro was out on Thursday - I have noticed that my furnace (which usually PUSHES a lot of heat at 69 degrees) is now hardly pushing any air from my vents once the furnace kicks in. As well - i noticed when they used high pressure air to clean the dust out of the fan unit that something was sprayed into it - im wondering what that was as now when my furnace fan starts blowing - there is a high pitched sound whenever my furnace kicks in. They are coming back today so I definitely need these issues addressed. Once these items are rectified - I will revisit this review. I had Advanpro out on a friday night as I had squealing noise out of my furnace - ADAM was at my home within an hour and replaced my blower motor. I then had them out to clean the furnace and they replaced the solenoid valve and the flame sensor and will be back on Sat to replace a small other item not in their stock today. Adam fully explained every item that needed repairing before I agreed to it and then explained the whole bill before leaving. I felt they were efficient (they arrived on time this am) and quite friendly. Also - it is really great they work Saturdays as it isnt always convenient to get time away from work. I will likely use them to replace my furnace when it comes time to do that.
