Removed and replaced padding and old carpeting from family room plus two large rooms in basement. Everything went according to plan. Sales help found just the right carpeting within our budget and made arrangements for installation. Service was seamless. Installation very efficient and professional. Love the new look. Absolutely thrilled with the workmanship. When I decided to remove carpet from our stairs and hallway and replace it with hardwood, discovered that the builder used only pine on stairs and covered it with carpet. Mesh and Rajan - within a few minutes provided a solution that totally transformed the staircase with new Canadian Oak Hardwood. Once I saw their work, I added new spindles to bring them up to code. Everything about this staircase is perfection. Their installer Baaee is a perfectionist. The upstairs hallway looks wonderful. The finishing around doorways - baths and bedroom is perfect and I Iove the new baseboards as well as the hardwood in the large walk-in closet. It now looks like one of those custom closets you see advertised. Highly recommend them for their honesty, work ethic and professionalism.

My third renovation with this company - and they have always exceeded expectations. The latest Tile removal and installation of new tile in my large foyer and kitchen was exceptional! First off, they sealed off adjoining rooms to keep the dust at bay. Each team was very professional and worked extremely hard each day. The tile installer Mark was a perfectionist. The team installing baseboards and moving furniture and doing final cleanup went out of their way to please. WE now have completed 3 baths and a laundry room plus the large foyer/kitchen. Could not be happier!

After having two baths renovated I wanted to install large bevelled mirrors over the new vanities but did not like the ones that matched. I called Canada Glass & mirror and within two days they sent someone to measure, then cut the mirrors to fit and came back to install. The whole process was painless. They were fast, efficient and supply quality materials. They also disposed of my old mirrors for me.

This was my second time using The Home Improvement People and again I am impressed by the quality of their work, their professionalism and their problem solving abilities. Ben's advice and quote was right on. I am thrilled with the work they do and intend to use them again for my next project. I have dealt with two different teams now and they are skilled workmen who complete the job in as little time as possible. They are punctual, polite, neat as can be. Completed Full renovations of 2 Bathrooms last Fall - one with Glass Shower and 2nd with Tub/Shower. Thrilled with the results. Price Quoted for Labour Only. I picked tile, vanities, fixtures from Taps and entire job came in under budget. Will use Home Improvement People for next renovation.

Delighted with results of repaving 30 year old driveway and complete redesign of front walkway. Joe Caramanna was very helpful especially in the widening and redesign of our front entrance walkway. He helped me select the perfect cobblestones, suggested the removal of a small tree which was done free of charge. This crew is very professional and neat. One day they removed the old driveway and came back two weeks later when soil had settled to complete the job. Within a few hours they had prepared the front walk which had to be lifted considerably, laid the cobblestones and paved the driveway, then cleaned up and they were gone. Great Job! What a professional crew. Our entrance is vastly improved. The driveway looks great. A pleasure to deal with Ludwig Paving.
