My ex has moved back to London and due to the sensitivity of the situation involving my young daughter and that seeing him and his family moving out items would be stressful for her I asked for a moving company to be used instead. He made arrangements for Sprint movers to come here to Chatham and pick up his items by themselves and then deliver to his new home in London. The two men who came were polite and professional. They were even kind enough to pull a couple of items which were heavy out of their storage spots to take with them as I hadn't been able to myself. They were also quick and organized and I would recommend this company to anyone especially in sensitive situations as this was.

I needed to send a flower arrangement for a funeral and I called upon Tricia and her staff at Purple Pansy. Not only was the arrangement gorgeous and well worth the cost I had spent it sincerely touched the family it was meant for. I re'cd an email, a phone call and a written note with a picture of the arrangement from the family about it raving about it. I was very happy with their services as I simply explained quickly what I wanted and the result was perfection.

When I experienced a problem with my oven two weeks ago I called Earl Austin's as I do usually use their services for these needs. However being a single Mom things can be very tight here and upon explaining my problem and that I stated I couldn't afford the service call and the cost of repairs whatever they may be they were helpful in telling me what to check for and how to fix it. Needless to say I was also able to by the part at their establishment and complete it myself. It's refreshing to know that their staff was willing to help me even if it meant the lost funds of a service call and repair. Their actions yet again will keep me as a customer for all of my appliance needs and I will loudly tell everyone who is in need of their type of services that they care about their customers as well as their business.

Dave does general home work and he and his wife Rita are pleasant polite and a dream to work with. Dave was always on time cleaned up their entire work mess and even came by one day when he had promised to start work again but couldn't due to the rain. Most contractors in my experience come and go as they please without notice but Dave was very informative and respectful of his promises and my time. Rita as well is professional and true to her word of what will happen and when. I highly recommend their services for your home needs.

I needed a service call for an old dryer but in the end it was a better choice to purchase a new one. The two service men were prompt polite and professional. They even took the time to explain in detail as requested by me. When I then decided to just purchase a new dryer Lyle himself offered me a discount on my purchase when I explained my limited budget on a new one. I would highly recommend this company for your appliance repairs.
