Garage Door - Track / Roller Replacement & Flashing
The Flashing / Weather stripping was originally metal and got bent beyond repair. We were looking to replace. As well both of our garage doors were having different sporadic issues when opening or closing e.g. door wouldn't close all the way, rollers coming off tracks etc. We met the rep for Whitby Garage Doors at the Oshawa home show and explained our issue. We called the Monday and he came out right away to see what could be done. He was very personable, straight up and helped us to figure out what the options were without doing any type of up-sell. He was very diligent working through the quote and kept us informed at all times on status. Booked installation a couple of days later. Technician arrived great attention to detail, pride in work and wanting to make sure we were satisfied. Overall fantastic experience and would highly recommend this company. Excellent customer service and follow-up.
