I had Roman replace the fan in my stove for the convection oven. I found him to be punctual, pleasant and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, a very pleasant experience. I would definately recommend him and would call him for any future needs. Marie

We needed a new storm door and were surprised to find that the companies we called were not interested in coming to our home for a small job. I called Fortress Windows & Doors and explained what I needed to Steve. He told me he would be in the area in a couple of days showed me a brochure and helped us pick out the door we were looking for. Steve was very easy to talk to and answered all our questions. Dave ( his nephew ) which handles the smaller jobs came and installed the door. He was conscientious, personable and took great care to detail. He did not leave until her explained what he had done and sure I was happy with the work. I am extremely pleased with the company, love the door and dealing with Steve and Dave was a pleasure.
