I have used Joel's (Canadian Residential Inspection) services twice. First as a pre-purchase home inspection and then later to deal directly with an insurance claim where his expertise was required. Joel was punctual, professional and very experienced. He took the time to go through everything thoroughly with me and answer all my questions. Afterwards a detailed report was provided and he made himself available for follow up communication.
