We had an old home with the original wiring where the thermostat needed to be changed. We tried the DIY way first, which just didn't work. We called Temprasure to the rescue. Right from the first phone call I felt confident that Len and his team would get the job done. Len was easy to deal with and kept us well informed. Adam serviced the job and he was great. Very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable! He determined very quickly that there was a short in the wiring (which is why our DIY attempt failed) so he found a way to run a new thermostat wire (Thermostat had to be relocated) without any difficulty. No damage to the walls or to the finished ceiling in the basement! New thermostat (provided by them and included in the charges) installed and everything running like a charm!
