I would like to leave a kind review for the crew from Hotwire Electric that came in, changed my panel to a new one, and added potlight lighting in my home. While I was away the crew did it all in one day. Their process was streamlined, and easy with credit card payments, accurate and complete estimation and esa permit at the end of the job. They took my calls at all hours to ensure I am pleased with their services.
I chose Brock doors from the good reviews in Home Stars and so far they have been a pleasure to work with. I have order my door and waiting for installation but there prices are very competitive with other companies I have spoken with.
We had a very tight space between two century old homes, 13 inches, and mud monkeys did an incredible job digging out in between our homes and applying waterproofing. My main reason for doing this work was a termite problem and the seal provided by mud monkeys should alleviate this problem. I have noticed that my basement is getting drier. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwords.
I had a problem with a plumbing stack that was incorrectly installed and constantly a problem for several years. Michael sent his flat roof specialist out and repaired it within a 1.5 hours as well as patching some other spots on the roof. I was a little skeptical at first with all the good reviews but I was very nicely surprised! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

I would have given patrick and his guys a very satisfied rating had my window not been damaged during the installation. There was a long scratch along the frame and several indentations along the frame. I did not notice the damage until after the installation so I cannot say for sure that the installers caused it. However the scratch looks like it happened with a blade while cutting the box that the window came in. I can't imagine Velux sending windows in this condition. I had to ask for a discount for the damage instead of it being offered by Patrick when I showed him the damage. Patrick did a really great job on the trim of the window considering my old and crooked house.
