The work done seems very goo and the staff were mostly delightful to deal with but I found the estimation process difficult -- they started with an extremely high price, came down some, but only came down a decent amount after I started looking elsewhere. They did two chairs for me about 10 years ago and they have held up well.

Pauline helped me with a very hard job -- cleaning up the home of an elderly hoarder friend while he was in hospital. I'm extremely grateful for the work. I couldn't have tackled it by myself.
