I used Avenue Road Roofing on my last house 10 years ago and had no issues. With the Purchase of our new home we decided to go with them again. Tyson who was the sales consultant was excellent and very knowledgeable. Roof and eaves were done quickly and professionally. I was very happy with the outcome. They took responsibility for hitting a hydro wire and any costs that were associated with it. What most impressed me was we had hired them to do a copper bay window which was outsourced and had some issues. I Called the site supervisor Kas who came by and agreed it did not look right and then talked with another head supervisor named Doug who also agreed job was not done right. They were more then accommodating with us and l would not hesitate to recommend them and or use them again. its not often you get good customer service but l think this company continues to do it right. A quick mention for Barb thanks for your amazing customer service and for being so pleasant and happy to deal with.
