Absolutely amazing service. I woke up this morning to a cold house due to a furnace failure. Literally within 2.5 hours after my call my furnace was inspected and repaired with a new motor at a very reasonable cost. Dmitri and Ian were very professional and efficient addressing my concerns. Ian thoroughly explained my repair options and future considerations as I have a 30+ year old furnace - absolutely no pressure. I will be needing a new hot water tank soon and definitely will call heatmaster for all my future hvac needs. Very pleased!

Couldn't be happier to read your review! Just because it is an old furnace, that doesn't mean that it has to be replaced. Regardless of what other competitors may say or advise, we would never advise on replacement unless, there is a safety concern such as cracks in your heat exchanger, and/or the repair cost does not justify keeping the furnace. Don't always believe when you're told: "we cannot get parts for this furnace anymore, as it is too old".
