My movers were scheduled to show up between 9 and 10, as I was on a time constraint with the elevator at my new place, I had it until noon. 1 person showed up alone at 10:30. My boyfriend helped him until a second mover arrived at 11:30. Only about 1/4 of what I'd planned to move was able to make it onto the truck due to us running out of time. We are now renting a truck to move the rest ourselves. I was still charged full price. That said, it is no fault of the mover that arrived, he was very nice, knowledgeable, great at manoeuvring the truck. I also received a call from the company apologizing.
