Woke up on one of the coldest days this year to a furnace on the fritz. Edward from Consumer Energy Management came by that day. He was on time, courteous and he quickly determined that the issue was a clogged filter. He stuck around for 15-20 minutes to ensure things were in working order and didn't charge us for his time. We will definitely call them again for any future furnace issues and for regular maintenance as well.
