Tyler did a special job for our indoor spa area. Very nice, neat work. No dimples in the tin, no marks on the white and cleaned up after himself. Very polite young man. Did an excellent job and will be hiring him for more work soon.
Barely a year old furnace wouldn't ignite. Called Carleton Refrigeration that night and had a tech out the next afternoon. Of course it started right up for Owen. He still checked everything out, but without the error codes couldn't find anything. He showed me how to check and we caught them - needed a new gas valve. He calls to let me know when he's on his way, is very professional and knowledgeable, takes the time to explain what's up without talking down to me and cleaned up after himself. And thanks to Ashley for the quick call back and appointment. Great customer service every time..
Matt Hauraney from Carleton was very professional, neat and mannerly in appearance and attitude. He arrived on time, did his job with no wasted time and cleaned up after himself. He advised me of what he had done, gave a few tips on keeping the heating unit clean in the future and didn't let any of my cats escape.
