Fix shower faucet leaking and solve of bad smell washroom problim
I discovered Mr. Rooter through HomeStars, I called on Mon. 22 Nov they send me the second day Andrew, he was very organized and wearing the mask all the time and clean first I show him the shower leaking and he recommended install of new shower cartige, but they have to order it if they can find it. Then I directed him to the powder room and explain about bad smell, imeditly he knew the reason and replace a new wax gasket of the toilet, I was so happy for fixing this problem of the bad smell. Then i wait 2 days to update me about the shower cartige, but no one call me. then I call them on Thursday to ask about the cartige, they say they will ask and let me know. I wait till Monday and call again, they say Andrew not in today, they will let him know tomorrow ( Tuseday), then i called them again on Tusday @10:30 ask them if they order the cartige, they say they will transfer my message to Andrew, after 5 min Andrew call me he say we couldn't find your shower model cartige. My point spending 1 week without updating me is waste of my time. there price are a little bit high but worth it . I recommend this company they are very good

We had a water leak in our basement , we thoroughly researched companies that offer water leak repair. Most of the estimates were not in our budget, then we decided to do crack injection. One of the companies recommended Mark as he specialized with this kind of work. After contacting mark, he gave us a full detailed explanation about the crack and price (with 25 years written warranty). After fixing the crack Mark recommended to pour water after one week from outside to make sure the problem is fixed. Then we noticed another water leak, but this time was coming from a hidden small crack. After contacting Mark he came and fixed the hidden crack in short period of time. Mark recommended to pour water for the second time, and the same issue happened again. We’ve contacted Mark, but this time the crack was from outside, Mark arrived promptly and completed his job in a reasonable time. Mark was very efficient and return our calls within 24 hours. We’ve offered to pay him more for the extra work he did, but he refused. He was very organized , tidy and very polite.
