We wanted to replace the bathroom fan in our main bath and install a new fan where there was only a window. The only problem: our roof is so shallow, it's basically flat. And the previous owner blew a bunch of loose fill up there. I bet most people wouldn't have even taken the job. But Joel commando-crawled his way in and out of the attic all day and did and amazing job. And the fans are amazing, as everyone has said. Hire Joel. Especially if you have a big spacious attic - the man deserves a break!

A lower pitch roof generally means a more compact attic space but if possible it is always best to access the ceiling above the fan from the attic space to ensure a clean installation with well placed ductwork, an airtight vapour barrier seal, and to maintain adequate insulation around the bath fan housing. I believe the extra challenge of your tight attic space was well worth overcoming as the results of using this method to install the bathroom exhaust fan will provide value and performance for years to come! It was a pleasure working for you Craig, thank you for choosing us to do the job.

We went with Romaniuk for our recent furnace replacement after finding them on Homestars and it went great! Dave was great through during the quote/sales process - his thoroughness and knowledge and experience definitely put us at ease. Nolan and Jordan were quick and clean and friendly and the installation went great. Looking forward to winter to put this thing through it's paces. Thanks Romaniuk!
