My wife and I chose Alliance Floor Source to install flooring for our condo. We had the pleasure of working with Mike. Mike's customer service is outstanding throughout the whole process. He advised us on the engineering hardwood flooring material to use, which we were very happy with. He personally came to the condo multiple times to address any concerns I had. We were also very happy with the installation of the engineered hardwood. However, the installation of the T mouldings was delayed, and we were left with a condo without T mouldings for several weeks. This is unfortunate, and was probably not entirely Alliance's fault, since their suppliers were not able to provide the T mouldings on time. During the installation, one of the contractors caused a dent in one of the walls of my condo. I informed Mike about this, and hopefully this is more of an anomaly with the contractors Alliance's uses rather than the norm. Overall, aside from the couple aforementioned issues, I had a good experience with Alliance Floor Source, and was very happy with the end product. Amazing customer service from Mike.
