Smeg range purchased from Goemans in Kichener, Ontario
We purchased this range about seven months ago & have had problems ever since. Smeg will not come out because they don't have an answer to the problem with the oven. Goemans refuses to deal with us, all I ask is for them to replace this range since it does not work properly. We have spent a lot of money here & they don't seem to care. Worst service I have ever had, anyone else would gladly replace a product if it doesn't work.
