Our gas fireplaces were not functioning well, and they were filthy. We didn't realize that regular cleaning was required to keep them in good functioning order. We called Imran and he showed up very quickly. He was very friendly and helpful and informed us about the proper upkeep of the fireplaces. He made them look fantastic. Imran was a pleasure to deal with and we'll definitely call him again to keep them in good working order.

Exceptional service and follow up. The work was done very well and completed in the timelines indicated at the outset. There was also daily updates by e-mail about progress which was most appreciated. They were very respectful of our home and had no issue with our dog. A real delight to work with. We'll definitely use Biscaya again in the future for additional work in our home.
