We called Peter at Power Pest Control when we believed we had mice in our basement walls. He arrived promptly at our scheduled time, and only moments later he told us that we, in fact, had rats! It wasn't the best news, but Peter helped us every step of the way through the process of getting rid of them. He was always available to answer questions when we had them, and he worked as a team with our contractor to find the entry point behind the walls and fill it. It was a gruelling time, but having Peter by our side really helped. He was always communicative, clear, and committed to making sure our problem was solved. I'd highly recommend him.

Dany, the owner, was professional and knowledgable, and listened to exactly what we wanted, while also sharing his valuable professional input.
