The installers were very helpful and answered all of our questions, offering lots of good advice re maintenance. This kind of service and commitment to quality is getting rare these days. We will definitely call D&M for our next project!

Nice people, good product when it works. Absolutely the worst controller system. EVERY time I try to schedule or set -up my 16 zones, the system shuts me out and I have to either reboot the app or call the office for help. Spontaneous, non-programmed water cycles lead me baffled. Nothing more frustrating than having to look up your model number and serial number and then get recycled by the Hunter system when trying to figure it out on-line. Too much high-tech, too much frustration. Better to go to manual control vales that can be turned on and off at will.

We contracted with NSR for soffit, fascia and eaves replacement followed by statuary bronze stone blend slate roofing from EDCO. Other than the wrong colour product delivered at the beginning, which caused about a months delay waiting for the correct product to arrive, we could not have been more pleased. The work crew was professional, polite and very obliging for numerous requests that we made. We were so impressed by how meticulous they were - obviously they all took great pride in their workmanship. The finished roof has received numerous compliments and has dramatically improved the appearance or our home. We could not recommend New Steel Roofers more strongly.
