After calling the company, Sam came to our home and gave extensive advice on all types of solutions helping us choose an efficient gas insert. Communication was excellent: the installers arrived promptly at the time and date confirmed. Haytham and Joe adjusted the installation to accommodate a difficult chimney, tested and instructed us on how to use, went over the guide, and cleaned the site perfectly. All this was accomplished in two weeks over Christmas, with the most friendly and polite service. The fireplace is beautiful, easy to use, and supplies great heat.
