Three years ago the old boiler in my parents house broke down during -40s C. Charton's quote for a high efficiency Viessmann boiler was very competitive vs 5-6 established competitors. Two of them knocked down HIgh Efficiency and Cooling with some not appreciated far fetched, but nevertheless left us with some concerns. Around 11pm the day of the installation the boiler stopped working. The heat was restored by 12:30 (-40C) after Rick (President) accompanied the head technician. The installation was later reviewed by a Viessmann field inspector confirming the installation met their professional standards. Three years later we have had ZERO issues. The reason for writing this review and for HIGHLY RECOMMENDING High Efficiency Cooling and Heating at this point is because a month ago a certified Viessmann Tech from our area who completed the first long overdue maintenance pointed out how impressed he was with the installation and the high end parts used. He pointed out pumps/valves and costs explaining they are the highest end choices most companies will not install these days. At this point the only thing left for me to do is to share this experience with all honesty so other homeowners may benefit, as we all know many reviews on this site are paid.
