After multiple quotes, one side of our street decided to go with Terra. They were very helpful in helping us decide between the type of wood. Instillation was smooth and have not had an issue at all, even with 90km winds at times. Glad we did not go with the other company as some neighbours cannot get in touch with them for issues after instillation.

Contacted Martino HVAC as my furnace stopped working. Was still under the builder warranty. They were out the same day and he was able to fix the issue within minutes. Very satisfied with the service.

My Samsung fridge stopped working and HARGTA is one of the repair companies by Samsung. First they send one tech who could not fix the issue and said a more senior tech is required. Second tech did not come for 2 days and said he would order parts. Week alter parts arrived and he came back with them as he though the refrigerant was leaking on the inside. Both inside grilles were replaced (Over $1000 in parts & labour). He tested the system and fridge was cooling. One test he did not perform and I thought he should of is a leak test using a dye. Fridge worked for 2 weeks as the refrigerant will filled and then stopped again. Same tech came back and did the dye test this time and found the leak at the back of the fridge. Money spent on replacing interior parts for no reason. In total $1700 was spent on repairs and fridge was down for over a month. Luckily I had one in the basement I could use but overall not impressed as tech was guessing what could be wrong vs being user. At one point I has even ordered a new fridge as I was fed up with the techs not able to identify the problem. Will not purchase any appliance that only uses HARGTA for their repairs after the warranty is expired.

Went with Maxguard as the builder had a contract with them for wiring and free standard equipment. I got a 2nd keypad and wireless GSM as extra. Got their information and was pleased with the process. They were helping in advising of the whole process, I only wish the alarm could have been installed prior to me moving into the home. So far I have not had any issues and the contact time from when the alarm goes off to them calling is a few minutes. Thank fully all have been false alarms as everyone gets used to the alarm system. This is now my 3rd year with them. Hopefully the price remains the same at renewal time.

I have used this company many times for custom glass cutting for table tops. Easy to deal with and also deliver in time. Location is close to my work so I saved on delivery fees and item I have ordered so for are small enough to fit into my car.

They completed all of the paper work for the government energy rebate and installation was smooth and clean in the basement. Installers did not have the right breaker so there was a minor delay as he had to go to Home Depot to purchase one. Over good experience and great deal.

I was in need of urgent repair after 90km winds blew shingles off the roof. I was shocked as the house is 2 years old and a multiple patches of shingles were on the floor. Contacted Dale the next day and he said he could be there in a few hours. I was at work and he provided me a quote over the phone after going on the roof. I asked him to start the work as he fully explained what he recommends fixing. Not only was the a patch missing from the side, a vent that the builder fixed less that 2 months ago was also loose (this vent previously caused a leak) and another area at the front. By the time I got home he was just finishing up. He explained what was fixed and advised me on the quality of the shingles used by the builder. A neighbour saw Dale working on my house and asked him to look at his. He also got repair work done on the same day. Very satisfied with the work and will for sure go back to Dale in the event I need another repair or replacement of a full roof.

Very pleased with the whole process. They were very friendly and completed the instillation very quickly. Explained how the 3 different area work and how they are programmed and the rain sensor. Thoroughly went through the settings and what can be changed on the timer. Very pleased as I no longer need to worry about watering the grass. They even remembered to call me at the end of the season to clear the pipes of water so they do not freeze in the winter.
