I have used GEM twice and found them to be helpful and their price (which includes installation) resonable. They replaced 3 windows (bathroom, child's bedroom and dining room) initally. The second time we used them it was to replace 5 windows in the living room and master bedroom. Both times they were efficient and willing to answer any questions I had. I am pleased with the results and just looking at the windows makes me smile. If I have to replace more windows I'll certainly be using GEM again.
