Colin has done work for us several times, always completed to perfection - seems to be his motto. So friendly and thoughtful, ensuring safety and code. Each time he has honoured his quote even when unexpected events required additional hours. A very nice individual. We recommend him highly, and will soon again request his assistance in upgrading another part of our house.

John was very professional in his approach from the start, from confirming times agreed to a thorough clean-up to finish. He explained the reasons we had problems, and followed up by solving them efficiently. We will definitely use him again when the need arises.

We called this company as our washing machine would not pump out the wash water. 2 days later a service person came, tipped up the machine and informed us a new pump would be required. We asked about how much this would cost and he replied they would have to get a quote from Sears and if the part was available they would let us know. Maybe it would be him, maybe not who would come to install it if we accepted the quote. In order to get the quote we had to pay him $316 for his 15 minutes of labour. 2 days later, no quote and the office said we could not get a refund as we had just paid for him servicing our machine. I sure wish we had found this site before we called this fraudulent company. Our regular repairman had retired 3 years prior and we needed someone new.
