Never again, and never recommend. We started our renovation with Christopher in March 2021 and it took almost three extra months to be complete. We just finished the final details in March 2022. The cost overruns made us go over budget by $35k. The completed project was fine. Many of his selections were done in isolation. The design wasnt quality work
They were good at the sale - but garbage at service and delivery
Sales experience was great. Yet, they outsource the delivery experience to another company and while we did all the checks they ask - they refused to deliver it because the elevator for my small building wasn't on service. This isn't a requirement of our building, it was "liability" for them. I have to double down on delivery because they are malefactors about this process. You aren't really saving all that much money from HBC - but at the very least their delivery arm is professional and decent.
Fast, Efficient, Stuff is Gonzo
Tyler and his co-pilot did a quick job of an old sectional, mattress, and stuff in storage. They arrived and were gone in 30 minutes. And they were tidy and nice. No question, I recommend them.
