Manager was very nice in setting up the appointment and sent 3 movers, however the lead mover had only been moving for 5 months and the other 2 guys had only been moving for 2 days! It was a disaster as no one really knew what to do and the lead guy stayed mostly in the truck to load. Lots of furniture and parts of both houses got destroyed. Also lost a few items. This was the North York location. Very expensive! and very amateur. If people are just starting they should be mixed with an experienced crew. Would not recommend based on my experience. The staff were extremely nice and hard workers to be fair, but they lacked the experience needed to preserve my stuff and both houses. Also, no apologies and no remorse.

After having 4 quotes done, not only where they the cheapest but the customer service and the job itself was amazing. Always someone to answer the phone and many visits to the site while work was being done. Would not think twice about using them again. A+++
