In Hayden I got what I had hoped for. A strong and courteous worker who was both on time and pleasant. While he never made it an issue, I inquired what he earned an hour, and while $12 is not insignificant, it is, in my opinion, a sum below what he shld be earning given you charged me three times that much. The only other I would add is staff handling telephone inquiries shld inform clients that it is likely to take less time to unload than it took to load... to some that's obvious... to overworked and harried clients like me it wasn't, and as a result I paid for two hours when I barely needed one.
